WHO WE ARE

Well, where do I begin ?

I have enjoyed knitting since I was a small girl, starting with the holey scarf (like so many others). I then progressed and enjoyed knitting for my children, but they soon out grew my home made creations to swap them with named branded hoodies 🤣 soooo, I created my first land girl jumper and showed it at the Cosby Victory show. I had sooo many comments about the quality of my work, meeting new people and reminding me of my retail days, that was it, I decided to continue to reproduce the 1940’s 😊

It has all snowballed into lots of my reproductions, knitted and crochet. I also deal in dresses, coats, jackets, gloves, handbags, jewellery, hats, tights, stockings, tablecloths all from the 40’s era to include true vintage, reproductions and the 40’s style. 

I have now added gifts to my range as I have stalls at many different craft and business markets, so offer a range of knitted and crochet gifts too.

So, that’s a bit about how it all started, many years ago. I have realised that I love crafting and the retail side of things too, so I’m not sure if that makes me a crafty-tailer or a retail-rafty 🤣 either way I love what I do and feel very lucky. 😁  I thrive on trying new things and thoroughly enjoy creating something new, either for the stall or an order for a customer.
